Recommended use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to ease irritability, tension, and stress.

Recommended dose: Drink 1 cup 3 times daily.

Directions for use: Adults: Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
